WELCOME!
Einstein defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different
results. Many of our pitfalls, our “relapses” in behavior, are related to maladaptive patterns with family or intimate partners. Our work in therapy is to understand these patterns and learn how to change them. If depression is dwelling in the past, and anxiety is living in the future, our therapeutic goal is to live in the present, towards a more authentic and mindful reality.
As a clinical psychologist trained in a variety of modalities, I believe one matches treatment to the client’s individual issues and personality. I see my role of therapist as a guide in a joint venture. We draft and work towards your goals, be they towards recovery or self-growth.
I am a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist providing individual therapy, consultation, and psychological assessment. I am also Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale School of Medicine.
